Level III offers an immersive, hands-on training experience where participants engage in simulated violent encounters, reinforcing their ability to control situations with the least amount of force necessary.

This advanced course immerses responders in eight realistic scenarios where instructors role-play aggressive subjects. Emphasizing the importance of verbal commands and patient-centered restraint techniques, participants will demonstrate their ability to safely resolve volatile situations while protecting both patient and responder.

After-action reviews will be conducted to reinforce best practices and identify areas for improvement. Upon successful completion, participants will receive certification of mastery, ensuring they meet the department’s training requirements for handling violent encounters in the field.
