Full Description
Class Vendor: This class is available for contracted delivery from MU Fire Rescue Training Institute - MUFRTI. Contracted Price: $5500.

During this class, we will address the core responsibility of the first-due engine - getting a line to the fire, no matter how many firefighters you have on the rig.  We’ll spend the first part of the day with knowing your flow - what do your lines really flow?  Next we will head to the training ground to review hose loads that are easy to deploy, stretching techniques that minimize the number of firefighters needed to complete, and finally advancing the line to the seat of the fire.

Course Objectives: Determining what your lines are actually flowing. Hose Loads that set your short staffed crew up for success. Hose advancing techniques that work for a minimum number of firefighters. Making a long stretch and assuring you have adequate g.p.m.
