Boat fires are becoming a normal emergency response. Different tactics and operations are needed. This course will help prepare responders deal with floating boat fires.

Course Objectives: Develop action plans for a floating vessel fire, extinguish a live fire on a floating vessel, board and search for victims on a floating vessel, board and search for hidden fires on a floating vessel.

Student Pre-requisites: Must have successfully completed a Fire Fighter II class. Equivalent training will be considered.
